Lohokare, formly knnown as Harikrupa Builders was founded by Haribhau krishna Lohokare in 1975. Today the company is expanding beyond real estate and planting its seeds in diverse segments like Agriculture, RMC manufacturing, and building sports academy. Over the last 25 years, the company has built for itsekf an admirable track record in the real estate world.

SPORTS

Sports isn't a part of life but it's life itself. And to embrace the sports life, we are building top notch training facilities in Undri. The group is involved in producing high yield farming operations in Yavat, Maharastra.We are committed to responsible farming methods to increase sustainability and protect the wider environment. We respect the soils thst we work, aiming to maintain, and where possible, improve soil organic matter levels through cover cropping or applications of organic manures or composts. The crops include Jower, Wheat and Maize. Vegetables like Tomato, Lady finger, Potato, Brinjal and Drumsticks are producted alongside Fruits like Mango, Guava, Pomegranate, Custard Apple and Pappya to name a few.

RMC

Ready mix concrete(RMC) is manufactured under the brand name Suyesh RMC. Located in Wadachiwadi, Undri with state-of-the-art technology it's capable of 30m33 / hr capacity. This putzmeister make plant ensures every product build by the group is uncompromised in terms of quality of construction and commited to developing world class real estate and infrastructure.

THE FOUNDER

Krishna Haribhau Lohokare, envisioned a future full of opportunities. As a hard working man, he built the company from square one. With his trust among people, he started Harikrupa Builders in 1975.
There were very few infra building companies back then, and harikrupa was one of them. He undertook many residential and commercial projects and realized the dreams of many families. In the process of all this he always believed in giving back to the society and tried in the form of social activities like donating for schools, blood camps from time to time.
Today under his leadership Lohokare Group is driven by his trust and values.
